Central Florida Engineering Consultants, L.L.C. is a state-registered Civil Engineering firm based in Maitland, Florida.   We provide Professional (Civil) Engineering and Construction Management services, with a several-year focus upon Private Communities and their Infrastructure management.  We assist community association boards and managers with their infrastructure restorative needs.    

Our principals Montje S. Plank, P.E. (Reg. No. 36149) and Russell C. Maynard are proven with their accomplishments of continued provision of consulting, design,  permitting, inspection and providing  construction management services  upon scores of Florida communities, continuously since 1986 within the Central Florida area.
